VIP Services Expands Programs Through Seeds of Hope Acquisition

Elkhorn, WI – VIP Services, a leading provider of disability services in Walworth County, is thrilled to announce the expansion of its programs through the acquisition of the Seeds of Hope’s day program and horticulture operations.

“We are incredibly excited to welcome the Seeds of Hope clients and staff members into the VIP team,” says Craig Poshepny, Executive Director of VIP Services. “Their mission of empowering individuals through horticulture aligns perfectly with our own commitment to providing a comprehensive range of services that foster achievement, purpose, and opportunities to connect with the community.”

Seeds of Hope has served the Elkhorn community for seven-plus years, offering daily programming to over thirty individuals. This acquisition will expand VIP’s client base and introduce valuable new program options that include horticulture therapy.

“We believe that combining Seeds of Hope’s expertise in horticulture therapy with VIP’s established community-based services just makes sense and will create an even more impactful program for everyone involved,” says Dawne Alderman, Human Resources Director of VIP Services. “It is an exciting time for this newly expanded team. We love what we do, and this next chapter will have a positive impact on the lives of the individuals we serve.”

The official transition date is set for August 5th, 2024. All Seeds of Hope clients and staff who choose to make the move will be welcomed into the VIP Services family on that date. Those interested in learning more about the merger are encouraged to visit vipservices-inc.org or call 262.723.4043.
