A busy individual is a happier, healthier individual, and you can be both when you join our 21 & Older Program. In this program, you have the liberty to attend a single day of the week, or every day in a row.
Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays are reserved for learning, work, exercise, and socializing. Wednesdays and Thursdays are when we have our community outings, work, and recreational activities. Community Outings include swimming at the YMCA, workouts at the EAHS agility center, visiting community parks and nature reserves, and Matheson Memorial Library in Elkhorn, going out to lunch, shopping, and much more. These outing days could expand depending on needs and abilities of individuals.
We try to teach skills that give better opportunity for job placement. Seeds of Hope works with organizations to provide work opportunities, but allow clients still to be a part of their Seeds of Hope Community at certain times and days.
Contact us today at info@seedsofhopewi.org to set up a tour and see what possibilities can work for you and your family! We look forward to hearing from you!
